Staying healthy is what everybody should be doing. Ideally, everyone should go for a detox diet every once in a while to effectively cleanse off our body system of toxins. However due to commitments, not many can strictly adhere to a detox diet which can last up to many weeks of discipline eating. Hence, this general guide to a healthy diet is important as I believe everyone would be able to adhere to it on a daily basis. Ensure that you are always on the pink of health keep diseases and illnesses away. When a person is healthy, he is happy too. In my opinion, falling sick or being sick is a nasty feeling altogether. I dont want you to feel bad, weak or inferior whenever you are sick. I do want to inspire and motivate you to start adopting a healthy lifestyle by first improving your health simply with the elimination of destructive habits you have currently. This include smoking, caffeine, alcohol, or sugar, replacing them with a new habit - such as drinking water, walking, or swimming. Remember breathe deeply.
All addictions are ultimately self-destructive (some hurts others in the case of smoking and alcohol). When you change those dynamic to self-care through your internal healing process as well as lifestyle and nutritional guidelines, you will be able to serve your body and life toward its higher potential. As you develop more nurturing and supportive habits eating good food, exercising regularly, learning to cope with stress, and developing motivating attitudes you are in for a ride of greater vitality, more positive relationships, and overall improved health. Good luck on your journey.
